NovaLogic incorporates as many details as possible into DELTA FORCE: BLACK HAWK DOWN, resulting in amazing accuracy in both time-period and location. This Xbox first person shooter also offers a very lengthy and expanded storyline revolving around Operation Restore Hope in the single-player mode plus includes new features that were added to the Xbox release of the game. The single-player mode allows players to progress from a regular Joe on army lines to a full-blown DELTA FORCE elite member while working their way through 16 different levels. As players progress through these levels, the game play and missions become more and more difficult, but the accompanying soldiers, thankfully, also become increasingly smarter as players move through the different ranks. This advancing intelligence means that players will rarely find their companions useless. Up to four players can work together in a split-screen co-op mode, and Black Hawk Down also includes online gaming, allowing players to join up to others in matches that can feature up to 32 players. The newer, expanded version of DELTA FORCE: BLACK HAWK DOWN for the Xbox takes nothing away
from the authenticity of the Somalia conflict, but it most definitely adds to a heightened experience of drama and reality of the famous events.

Fight the demons within and follow the narrow path of what is right or succumb to the evil inside and quench your thirst on the blood of innocents; upgrade your vampire abilities as you blast through hordes of the living dead; in-game characters and plot respond to the reputation you build; rend the enemy limb from limb with location specific damage; add melee combat to your first person shooting skills, using the blades attached to your many weapons.
